The Story of Angela Chambers and Le Chat Noir Jewelry and Bath

Hello everyone, my name is Angela Chambers, I’m a native Georgia Peach, and I am married with a daughter and stepdaughter. Our animal family includes our two Siamese cats and two aquatic turtles. I am happy to share a little bit about Le Chat Noir Jewelry and myself. About three years ago, I inspired my best friend by giving her a case of glass beads to make jewelry with. I had so much going on in my life, I had no time for a new hobby. My best friend now—going on four years—owns her own jewelry business and does well. She then inspired me and about the same time I started Le Chat Noir Jewelry and Bath.

It has been a rough start, and I’ve almost given up twice, but something pressed me to not give it up. I thank God, totally, for my artistic abilities and perseverance in this craft business arena. Although I might not be the greatest example of a Godly woman, I try to show a Christ like attitude in my everyday life, but sometimes I fail and have to pick myself back up and remind myself who gives me everything in this life. God has helped me through so much, and even when I doubt that he is there he shows me little signs that he has not forgotten me. How can he forget even one of us when the smallest creatures on earth are taken care of by Him? He doesn’t, even though in our self-absorbed worlds we think that he does. Let me just say being humble goes a much longer way than being proud. As someone who has fought depression and the darkness of hurt for many years, I have to say that I so wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Him.

Okay, so now that I’m finished with the serious stuff, here’s a little more about my company. I now have my jewelry in a small used bookstore in McDonough, GA, and also sell my newest item addition, handcrafted soaps, in a small display there. I also sell jewelry and ship orders, out of my home. I am delighted to be able to share this little bit of myself with all of you, I’m sorry if it’s a little on the vague side, but I will be glad to answer any question that anyone might have for me.
